I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. We start packing and getting out orders as soon as they come in. Changes or cancellations can't be made after the order is placed.

Returns and exchange details

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of you having received your item. Return shipping charges remain the buyer's responsibility. Refund will be given once I have received the item in the same condition I sent it out in.

Gifts 

Any items ordered as a Gift is an exception. I can exchange sizes and/or designs as long as the item is in its original packaging within a reasonable time frame from when the item was bought. Please email Hello@KayPopArt.com if you have any questions.

Edmonton Return and Exchanges

Local returns and exchanges can be done in-person at my studio in Edmonton, Alberta. You can book a return or exchange appointment HERE
